Standing on a 10-acre park with a beautiful palmgrove, it is on a hill facing the millenial fortifications of Bazas. The Domaine de Fompeyre is a magnificent estate located on the limit of the Sauternes wine region. The hotel is composed of two separate buildings, one with 15 bedrooms and a 4-star rating, and the other with 35 bedrooms and a 3-star rating. All rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with satellite tv, individual safe, direct dial telephone, trousers press, hair dryer and automatic alarm clock. The decoration is tasteful, with light colours and nice rattan and wood furniture combining harmoniously to create a bright and quiet ambience. Facilities available for conferences, groups, banquets and cocktail parties. Private car park and parking for coaches. 2 swimming pools, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, solarium, games room, golf practice range and putting green, tennis and mountain-biking.
